This is the opening sequence to the TaeBo Total video series. Released early 2001.

I made this opening using Autodesk Combustion (although, it was Discreet Combustion at that time) and Discreet Edit. This was one of the first videos I created for the “new look of TaeBo”, at least the opening sequence and DVD menu had a new look. The workout was filmed on the same set as many previous TaeBo videos.
